Noctilucent cold-laid permeable asphalt and preparation method thereof
The invention provides noctilucent cold-laid water-permeable asphalt and a preparation method thereof. The noctilucent cold-laid water-permeable asphalt is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of matrix asphalt, 10-20 parts of waste tire rubber powder, 8-15 parts of luminescent material, 5-10 parts of reinforcing agent, 3-8 parts of toughening fiber, 1-5 parts of illegal cooking oil and 20-30 parts of color pigment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: increasing the softening point of matrix asphalt through flash evaporation and air oxidation; uniformly mixing waste tire rubber powder, nano graphene and toughening fibers to obtain a first mixture; adjusting the temperature of the high-softening-point asphalt to 200 +/-5 DEG C; then adding a luminescent material, a color pigment and illegal cooking oil; uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixture; adjusting the temperature of the second mixed material to 185 +/-5 DEG C; uniformly mixing the first mixed material and the second mixed material; and then cooling to 140 +/-5 DEG C to obtain the noctilucent cold-laid permeable asphalt. Through cooperation of the components and the method, the noctilucent cold-laid permeable asphalt which is excellent in high and low temperature performance, good in stability, excellent in fatigue resistance, environment-friendly and noctilucent is obtained.
本发明提供一夜光冷铺透水沥青及其制备方法,夜光冷铺透水沥青包括以下重量比的组分:基体沥青:废轮胎胶粉﹕发光材料﹕增强剂﹕增韧纤维﹕地沟油﹕彩色颜料=45~60﹕10~20﹕8~15﹕5~10﹕3~8﹕1~5﹕20~30。该制备方法包括通过闪蒸和空气氧化提高基体沥青软化点、将废轮胎胶粉、纳米石墨烯及增韧纤维混合均匀得到第一混料、将高软化点沥青温度调整至200±5℃,再加入发光材料、彩色颜料和地沟油混合均匀,得到第二混料,调整第二混料温度至185±5℃,将第一混料与第二混料混合均匀,然后降温至140±5℃得到夜光冷铺透水沥青。本发明通过成分与方法的配合,得到高低温性能优良、稳定性好、抗疲劳性能佳、环保且具有夜光效果的夜光冷铺透水沥青。
