Waste glass mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides waste glass mortar and a preparation method thereof. The mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.8-1 part of ordinary Portland cement; 1.575-2.025 parts of standard sand; 0.225-0.675 part of glass powder; 0-0.06 part of Na2SO4; 0-0.06 part of mixed alkali; and 0.40-0.50 part of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the ordinary Portland cement, the standard sand and the glass powder in proportion to obtain a dry material component A; uniformly mixing Na2SO4, mixed alkali and water according to a ratio to obtain a mixed solution B; and pouring the dry material component A into the mixed solution B, and uniformly stirring to obtain the waste glass mortar subjected to physical-chemical combined activation. The waste glass mortar prepared by the scheme of the invention is good in compressive strength and breaking strength, the expansion rate of the mortar is lower than a standard threshold value, the recycling of the waste glass is realized, and the waste glass mortar has great environmental protection significance. The design is reasonable, the operation is easy, and the practicability is high.
