Waste glass powder reinforced geopolymer regenerated fireproof mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses waste glass powder reinforced geopolymer recycled fireproof mortar and a preparation method thereof. The recycled fireproof mortar concrete is prepared from the following raw material components: 480-500 parts of a cementing material, 840-1080 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 310-340 parts of an alkali activator, 120-360 parts of waste glass powder and 50 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the recycled fine aggregate and the cementing material to obtain a dry mixture; stirring and pretreating the waste glass powder and an alkali activator to obtain an alkali-activated mixed solution; adding the alkali-activated mixed solution into the dry mixture, and stirring to obtain mortar slurry; and pouring the mortar slurry in the mold, performing layered tamping and vibration in the pouring process, wrapping the mold after the surface is solidified, and performing maintenance to obtain the geopolymer regenerated fireproof mortar. The recycled aggregate is completely used, the waste glass powder is used for partially replacing the recycled fine aggregate on the basis, the problem of resource shortage caused by over-exploitation of natural sand is solved, and the problem of poor performance of the recycled mortar can be effectively solved by utilizing the synergistic reaction and filling effect of the waste glass powder and the geopolymer; the working performance and the fireproof performance of the geopolymer regenerated mortar are improved.
本发明公开了一种废弃玻璃粉增强的地聚物再生防火砂浆及其制备方法,该再生防火砂浆混凝土包括如下原料组分制成:胶凝材料480~500份,再生细骨料840‑1080份,碱激发剂310~340份,废弃玻璃粉120‑360份和水50份。其制备方法为:再生细骨料与胶凝材料混合搅拌,得到干混料;废弃玻璃粉与碱激发剂搅拌预处理得到碱激发混合溶液;碱激发混合溶液加入干混料搅拌得到砂浆浆料;在模具中浇筑砂浆浆料,浇筑过程中分层捣实、振动,待表面凝固后包裹模具,养护得到地聚物再生防火砂浆。本发明完全使用再生骨料,在此基础上用废弃玻璃粉部分代替再生细骨料,缓解了过度开采天然砂带来的资源匮乏的难题,利用废弃玻璃粉与地聚物的协同反应及其填充作用,可以有效缓解再生砂浆性能较差的问题,提高地聚物再生砂浆的工作性能与防火性能。
