The invention discloses a rocket sled slide rail seamless track construction method, which comprises the following steps of laying a plurality of roller carriers on a construction track according to a certain interval, placing a long rail bar required by a rocket sled slide rail on a first roller of the roller carriers, and dragging the long rail bar through a winch, so that the long rail bar moves on the first roller along the construction track until the long rail bar is conveyed to a preset mounting position, storing the long rail bar on a roller bracket, guiding the long rail bar from the roller bracket to the rail bearing platform at the preset mounting position, fastening the long rail bar through a fastener, performing stress relief on the fastened long rail bar, and finally welding all the long rail bars in sequence to form a rocket sled slide rail seamless track. Due to the fact that the roller frame is laid on the construction line and the long rail bar is transported in the mode that the winch drags the long rail bar to slide on the roller frame, the long rail bar can be rapidly transported under the condition that the working face of the rocket sled slide rail is narrow.
本发明公开了一种火箭撬滑轨无缝线路施工方法,通过将多个滚轮架按照一定间距铺设在施工线路上,并将火箭撬滑轨所需的长轨条放置于滚轮架的第一滚轮上,再通过卷扬机拖拽长轨条,使长轨条在第一滚轮上沿施工线路移动,直至运输至预定安装位置,并将长轨条存放于滚轮支架上,然后在预定安装位置,将长轨条从滚轮支架导入至承轨台上,并通过扣件进行紧固,进而对紧固后的长轨条进行应力放散,最后将所有长轨条依次焊接,以形成火箭撬滑轨无缝线路,由于采用在施工线路上铺设滚轮架并通过卷扬机拖拽长轨条在滚轮架上滑行的方式运输长轨条,因此可以在火箭撬滑轨作业面狭小的情况下实现长轨条的快速运输。
