The invention provides a snowmobile sled track galling process. The process comprises steps that a track comprises a plurality of construction positions, the galling sequence of the construction positions is determined according to the finishing sequence of finish machining of the construction positions, and the galling sequence of the construction positions is the same as the finish machining sequence of the construction positions; after finish machining of all the construction positions is completed and before initial solidification of concrete of all the construction positions is completed,galling is conducted on all the construction positions. The process is advantaged in that according to the sequence of finish machining completion of all construction positions of the snowmobile sledtrack, a solidification state of the sprayed concrete after finish machining is considered, the galling sequence is arranged, in this way, galling can be conducted in the first time in the state thatthe racing track concrete is suitable for galling, the construction space of galling personnel before and after galling is not affected by construction of other procedures, construction of the otherprocedures is not affected, procedures are reasonably inserted, construction efficiency is improved, the construction requirement can be met, and a large amount of time and cost can be saved.
