The invention discloses a dowel-bar-free cement concrete pavement expansion joint structure and a construction method thereof. The dowel-bar-free cement concrete pavement expansion joint structure comprises a top surface steel plate and a bottom surface steel plate, wherein the top surface steel plate and the bottom surface steel plate are arranged on the top surface and the bottom surface of a concrete slab respectively; the bottom surface steel plate is provided with a long-strip-shaped protrusion; the long-strip-shaped protrusion is arranged in an expansion joint of the concrete slab; and the top surface steel plate is fixedly connected with the long-strip-shaped protrusion on the bottom surface steel plate through screws. According to the invention, longitudinal uniform transmission of loads is achieved, construction efficiency and construction quality are improved, and the use durability of a concrete pavement is improved.
本发明公开了一种无传力杆水泥混凝土路面胀缝结构及其施工方法,包括顶面钢板和底面钢板,顶面钢板和底面钢板分别布置于混凝土板的顶面和底面,底面钢板上设有长条凸起,长条凸起设置于混凝土板的胀缝内,顶面钢板通过螺丝与底面钢板上的长条凸起连接固定。本发明实现荷载的纵向均匀传递,提高施工效率及施工质量,提高混凝土路面使用的耐久性。
