EXPANSION JOINT DOWEL ASSEMBLY AND CONCRETE PAVEMENT METHOD BY USING THE SAME
Disclosed are an expansion joint assembly which can be continuously constructed to shorten construction period and increase workability while meeting the standard for installation spacing of expansion joints, which is gradually strengthened, and a concrete pavement method thereof. According to the present invention, the expansion joint assembly includes: a primary joint pillar (110) extending to a predetermined length; a plurality of chair bars which can be directly or indirectly fixed to and installed on both sides of the primary joint pillar (110) and are disposed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the primary joint pillar (110); a plurality of dowel bars (120) disposed extending from both sides of the primary joint pillar (110) by a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the primary joint pillar (110), directly or indirectly supported by the chair bars, and disposed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the primary joint pillar (110); and one or more cross-bars which are disposed on both sides of the primary joint pillar (110) to be parallel to the primary joint pillar (110) in the longitudinal direction of the primary joint pillar (110) and support the plurality of chair bars and the plurality of dowel bars (120).
점차 강화되고 있는 팽창줄눈 설치간격 기준을 충족시킴과 동시에 공기단축 및 시공성 향상을 위해 연속시공이 가능한 팽창줄눈 어셈블리 및 그 시공방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 팽창줄눈 어셈블리는, 소정 길이로 연장 형성되는 1차 조인트 필러(110); 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)의 양측에 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 고정 설치될 수 있고, 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)의 길이방향을 따라서 소정 간격을 두고 배치되는 다수의 체어바(chair-bar); 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)의 양측면으로부터 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)의 연장방향에 대하여 수직한 방향으로 소정 길이만큼 각각 연장 배치되고, 상기 체어바(chair-bar)에 의해서 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 지지되며, 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)의 길이방향을 따라서 소정 간격을 두고 배치되는 다수의 다웰바(120); 및 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)의 양측에서 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)의 길이방향을 따라서 상기 1차 조인트 필러(110)에 대하여 평행하게 배치되며, 상기 다수의 체어바(chair-bar) 및 상기 다수의 다웰바(120)를 지지하기 위한 하나 또는 복수의 크로스바(cross-bar)를 포함한다.

Disclosed are an expansion joint assembly which can be continuously constructed to shorten construction period and increase workability while meeting the standard for installation spacing of expansion joints, which is gradually strengthened, and a concrete pavement method thereof. According to the present invention, the expansion joint assembly includes: a primary joint pillar (110) extending to a predetermined length; a plurality of chair bars which can be directly or indirectly fixed to and installed on both sides of the primary joint pillar (110) and are disposed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the primary joint pillar (110); a plurality of dowel bars (120) disposed extending from both sides of the primary joint pillar (110) by a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the primary joint pillar (110), directly or indirectly supported by the chair bars, and disposed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the primary joint pillar (110); and one or more cross-bars which are disposed on both sides of the primary joint pillar (110) to be parallel to the primary joint pillar (110) in the longitudinal direction of the primary joint pillar (110) and support the plurality of chair bars and the plurality of dowel bars (120).
