The invention discloses a combined sound barrier wall which comprises a barrier plate and a reinforced concrete foundation pier, wherein a steel box is embedded in the reinforced concrete foundation pier, an elastic buffer device is installed in the steel box, a base table is fixedly connected with the elastic buffer device, and a solar panel is installed on a U-shaped seat. A pointed cone protruding part of an integrated structure is arranged on one side edge of the barrier plate in the height direction, the other side edge of the barrier plate is in an opening state, and elastic inclined plates are fixedly installed on the two side walls of the opening in a mode of inclining inwards. The solar panel is mounted on the rear side of the barrier plate, the bulb is mounted at the upper end of the front side of the barrier plate, the bulb is powered by the solar panel, and energy consumption is reduced; one barrier plate is clamped between the two elastic inclined plates of the other barrier plate through the pointed cone protruding parts, and stable splicing work of the two barrier plates can be completed under the condition that bolts are not used; and the elastic buffer devices can buffer vibration of the barrier plates, so that the stability of connection between the barrier plates is guaranteed, and the service life is prolonged.
