The invention discloses a splash-proof device for a ponding area on an uneven road surface. The splash-proof device comprises a dustproof shell, an inclined plate, a starter, a middle shaft and a positioning frame, wherein the positioning frame is fixedly installed in the middle of the interior of the dustproof shell; the middle shaft is arranged in the dustproof shell; the middle shaft is fixedly connected with the positioning frame; the starter is arranged at the top end of the middle shaft, inclined plates are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the portions, located on the two sides of the starter, of the surface of the dustproof shell; an extracting device for extracting and discharging accumulated water is slidably installed in the middle shaft; and a collecting device for temporarily containing the accumulated water is fixedly installed at the portion, located at the bottom end of the extracting device, in the positioning frame. Compared with a traditional splash-proof device, when the device of the invention is used, accumulated water on the ground can be rapidly treated when a vehicle passes by, so the situation that passersbys and other vehicles are affected by splashing of the accumulated water is prevented, the phenomenon that the vehicle slips in a running process due to excessive accumulated water on the ground is effectively prevented, and the overall running safety degree is improved.
