The invention discloses a splash-proof device for a water accumulation area on an uneven road surface. The road surface splash-proof device comprises a supporting inclined table, the two sides of thesupporting inclined table are obliquely arranged, the bottom side of the supporting inclined table is of an opening structure, a connecting hole is formed in the top side of the supporting inclined table, a linear cylinder is movably installed in the connecting hole, the two ends of the linear cylinder extend out of the connecting hole, and a piston round rod is movably installed in the linear cylinder. In the present invention, the pressing table and the supporting inclined table are arranged; the wheels can be prevented from being directly contacted with water at low-lying positions; therefore, the situation that passersby are wetted by water splashed at low-lying positions is avoided; by means of the design of the water inlet pipeline, the drainage pipe and the water storage cavity, after the wheels move to the pressing table, the extrusion piston can be driven to move upwards, accumulated water can be sucked in through the water inlet, the extrusion piston can be driven to move downwards under the action of the return spring after the vehicle is taken away, and therefore the sucked water can be drained into the water storage cavity, and the accumulated water can be absorbed.
