The invention discloses a measurement and control integrated bulkhead gate for an open channel. The measurement and control integrated bulkhead gate comprises gate grooves, a sill, a gate frame, a gate plate, flow measurement devices and opening and closing equipment, wherein the gate grooves are pre-buried in the corresponding positions of the two side walls of the channel, and the sill is pre-buried in a bottom plate of the channel and located between the two gate grooves; the gate frame is composed of a left vertical frame body, a right vertical frame body, a bottom transverse frame body and a top transverse frame body; sliding grooves are formed in the inner side face of the left vertical frame body and the inner side face of the right vertical frame body; the gate plate is inserted in the sliding grooves of the gate frame in a sliding manner; the left vertical frame body and the right vertical frame body of the gate frame are inserted in the corresponding gate grooves; the opening and closing equipment is a drive motor arranged on the top transverse frame body of the gate frame; a power shaft of the drive motor is in transmission connection with a nut arranged on the top of the gate plate through a speed reducer and a lead screw; and the four flow measurement devices are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of the gate grooves in the two side walls of the channel correspondingly. The measurement and control integrated bulkhead gate has the beneficial effects that the gate frame can be pulled out of gate groove embedded parts, and installation and overhauling are convenient. The average flow of a monitored section is conducted through energy conservation and a channel continuity equation, parameter calibration is not needed, and the measurement precision is high.
