The wind energy power supply screw type underwater vacuum preloading device comprises an outer cylinder, a wind power generation mechanism, a spiral air exhaust mechanism and a needle tube, wherein a drainage pipe is tightly inserted into the upper portion of the outer cylinder, and a water inlet of the drainage pipe is communicated with a water outlet of the spiral air exhaust mechanism; the wind power generation mechanism is installed at the top end of the outer cylinder and comprises an impeller wind power generation device and a driving device; the spiral air exhaust mechanism is installed in an inner cavity of the outer cylinder and comprises a spiral air exhaust pipe, a rotating shaft and spiral conveying blades, and the upper end and the lower end of the spiral air exhaust pipe make contact with the inner wall of the outer cylinder in a sealed mode; the upper end of the rotating shaft is in rigid connection with the driving device; the spiral conveying blades are fixedly installed on the rotating shaft, and the outer edges of the spiral conveying blades are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the spiral air exhaust pipe; the upper end of the needle tube is open, the bottom end of the needle tube is closed, and vent holes capable of being communicated with an inner cavity of the needle tube are formed in the tube wall of the needle tube; and the needle tube is wrapped by geotechnical cloth. The wind energy power supply screw type underwater vacuum preloading device has the advantages that water and air in underwater soil are pumped out through wind power supply by means of the spiral air exhaust pipe and discharged out of the drainage pipe, and wind power resources are fully utilized.
