The upper end of one side of the vacuum tank communicates with a vacuum pipe, and the other end of the vacuum pipe communicates with a sewage layer of a building construction soft foundation. The upper end of the other side of the vacuum tank is communicated with a negative pressure pipe; a liquid storage tank; one side of the liquid storage tank is communicated with one end of the diversion pipe; a backflow assembly is communicated between the upper end of the liquid storage tank and the upper end of the vacuum tank; when the vacuum preloading drainage device is used, the vacuum pump installed on one side of the interior of the upper end of the vacuum tank is started, the vacuum pump operates to cause a negative pressure state to the interior of the vacuum tank, and then sewage in a building construction soft water base layer can be rapidly drained into the vacuum tank; after sewage enters the vacuum tank, solid particle impurities contained in the sewage can be filtered and intercepted through polarization generated by the filter plate movably mounted in the vacuum tank, and the sewage is filtered.
