The invention belongs to the technical field of drilling of soil layers or rocks, and particularly relates to a drilling and grouting method for a multi-layer goaf. The drilling and grouting method for the multi-layer goaf comprises the following steps of: step 1, drilling a hole by adopting a first drill bit, and lowering an orifice pipe; step 2, drilling to the designed hole bottom elevation by using a second drill bit; step 3, lowering a grouting pipe, and mounting a flange plate grout stopping device on the grouting pipe; step 4, sleeving the grouting pipe with an annular air bag with the axial length of 4-6m; step 5, carrying out a water injection test on a grouting hole; step 6, carrying out single-hole grouting judgment on the grouting hole; and step 7, grouting peripheral curtain holes, grouting the grouting hole through the grouting pipe, and lifting the grouting pipe while grouting until the multi-layer goaf and gaps in rocks are filled with grout. After the method is implemented, the construction quality is good, the construction progress is fast, the construction is safe, the reliability is high, the design requirements are met, and the purposes of reinforcing a foundation and eliminating goaf subsidence are effectively achieved.
