Grouting construction technology for goaf
The invention relates to a goaf grouting construction technology, and relates to the field of goaf governance, the goaf grouting construction technology comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation, and site cleaning; s2, point fixing: applying a total station or a dynamic GPS (Global Position System) to carry out field survey lofting, and installing a drilling machine in place; s3, hole forming is conducted, specifically, grouting holes are formed in sequence in the construction process; s4, a grouting pipe is installed; s5, slurrying is conducted, cement fly ash slurry is selected as a pouring material, the pouring slurry is composed of water, cement, fly ash, an accelerator and coarse aggregate, the slurrying process is completed in a slurrying pool, the slurry stirring time needs to be strictly controlled during slurrying, and the fluidity and stability of the prepared slurry are both qualified; and S6, grouting is conducted, specifically, the stirred grout is poured into the goaf, in the grouting process, grouting holes in the relatively low elevation positions of a bottom plate of the goaf are constructed firstly, and then construction is conducted from low to high and from the edge to the center in the inclination direction. In the construction process, the grouting pipe is not prone to being blocked by grout, and therefore the construction progress and the construction efficiency can be guaranteed.
