According to the invention, by arranging the oil-gas isolation plunger, oil pressure is better stabilized, pressure fluctuation is obviously reduced, damage to a main machine and an excavator due to peak oil pressure is more obviously reduced, the breaking effect of the breaking hammer is improved, the energy accumulator greatly increases the low value of the oil pressure, the breaking hammer absorbs more saturated acting force from the oil pressure, and higher impact energy, and more powerful crushing effect are achieved.
