The invention discloses a bamboo-aluminum composite cork sound-absorbing board mounting structure. The bamboo-aluminum composite cork sound-absorbing board mounting structure comprises a bearing frame and a supporting frame, wherein a rubber pad is fixed on the rear end surface of the bearing frame; mounting blocks are separately fixed on the left side and the right side of the top in the bearing frame and the left side and the right side of the bottom in the bearing frame; the supporting frame is fixed on the inner side of the bearing frame through first fixing bolts; and a sound-absorbing cotton board is fixed on the front side of the supporting frame through fixing pins. According to the bamboo-aluminum composite cork sound-absorbing board mounting structure, after the supporting frame is fixed by the first fixing bolts, the sound-absorbing cotton board can be placed on the front side of the supporting frame, the fixing pins are inserted in the sound-absorbing cotton board, then a hole board can be fixed by second fixing bolts, and assembling operation of the device is finished conveniently. The device can be fixed at a required place under the effect of the mounting blocks and external bolts, and is convenient to mount; and the rubber pad can achieve the effect of increasing friction, and thus, the device can be stably mounted at the required place.
