To provide a mounting structure of a sound absorbing structure and a mounting method of the sound absorbing structure capable of being detachably mounted regardless of surface conditions of a concrete structure and reducing the risk of falling for a long period of time as much as possible.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 10 of the sound absorbing structure for mounting the sound absorbing structure 1 for absorbing noise on one surface of the concrete structure is provided with a magnetic body 7 mounted on the concrete structure, a fall preventing sheet 8 for preventing the fall of the magnetic body 7 by covering the magnetic body 7, and the sound absorbing structure 1 having a permanent-magnets 5 magnetically attached to the magnetic body 7. The sound-absorbing structure 1 includes a sound-absorbing material 2 made of a fire retardant, a semi-incombustible material or an incombustible material for absorbing noise, and a housing package 3 made of a fire retardant, a semi-incombustible material or an incombustible material for housing the sound absorbing material 2 and having a mesh part 30 opened in a mesh shape on one surface on the noise source side, wherein a permanent magnet 5 is housed in the housing body 3 and a fall prevention sheet 8 is stuck by the adhesive force of an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
