The invention relates to a three-dimensional structure vibration reduction system based on an inerter system and application. The three-dimensional structure vibration reduction system is arranged in a vibration reduction structure, and the vibration reduction system comprises a horizontal inerter vibration reduction system and/or a vertical inerter vibration reduction system; the horizontal inerter vibration reduction system comprises a horizontal inerter, a horizontal energy consumption element and a horizontal spring which are horizontally mounted, wherein the horizontal inerter, the horizontal energy consumption element and the horizontal spring are connected in a topological connection mode; the vertical inerter vibration reduction system comprises a vertical inerter, a vertical energy consumption element, one or more vertical springs and a tuned mass block, wherein the vertical inerter, the vertical energy consumption element, the vertical springs and the tuned mass block are vertically mounted in a suspended mode, and the vertical inerter, the vertical energy consumption element, the vertical springs and the tuned mass block are connected in a topological connection mode. Compared with the prior art, the advantages of synergistic energy consumption and double-end-point flexible tuning of the inerter system are utilized, the horizontal vibration reduction system and the vertical vibration reduction system are used in cooperation, and three-dimensional vibration reduction control of the structure is achieved.
