The building ecological green wall body structure comprises a wall body, a sealing cover plate and a fixed block; a connecting groove is formed in the left end of the wall body; a connecting block is arranged at the right end of the wall body; the left end and the right end of the wall body are connected with two adjacent wall bodies in an inserted mode correspondingly; the sealing cover plate is connected to the top end of the wall body; and a filter tank is located in the top of the wall body. When outside rainfall occurs, the rainfall is collected through a rainwater collecting groove in the top of the wall body, impurities contained in the rainfall are filtered through a filter screen at the bottom of the groove, the impurities are intercepted in the filter tank, the rainfall is stored in the wall body, and the rainfall in the wall body can be conveniently utilized in seasons when rainfall is rare.
