The invention discloses a construction method and a laying structure of a high-quality terrace. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, preparation work: performing site survey, calibrating elevation and preparing materials; 2, laying a waterproof plastic film; 3, laying a supporting structure at the edge of concrete, laying a reinforcing rib structure at the edge of a column, and arranging a partition plate at the edge of a wall side column; 4, pouring the concrete; and 5, leveling the concrete. In a pouring process, when the concrete is poured on a strip-shaped terrace by adopting a skip-bin type method, one of two adjacent terraces is poured, the other one is not poured, the construction is performed at intervals, and after the terrace which is poured firstly is completely solidified, the terrace in the middle is poured. According to the construction method and the laying structure thereof, the phenomenon of cracks caused by extrusion in a concrete solidification process is effectively prevented.
本发明公开了一种高质量地坪的施工方法及其铺设结构，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：一、准备工作：现场踏勘，标高校对和准备材料；二、铺设防水塑料薄膜；三、混凝土边缘铺设支撑结构，柱边铺设加强筋结构，墙边柱边设置隔离板；四、浇筑混凝土；五、混凝土整平。在浇筑过程中，采用跳仓式的方法，对一条条长条形的地坪浇筑凝土时，相邻两个地坪之间，一个浇筑，另一个不浇筑，间隔进行施工，先浇筑的地坪凝固完全后，再对其中间的地坪进行浇筑。该施工方法及其铺设结构有效防止混凝土凝固过程中发生挤压，出现裂缝的现象。
