Terrace structure and construction method
The floor structure is applied to filling and covering a reserved expansion joint in a door opening ground between a penetrating hall of a civil engineering refrigeration house and a refrigeration room, the floor structure comprises an inner frame, the inner frame is used for being installed on the inner bottom wall of the expansion joint, and the inner frame comprises a plurality of square pipes arranged at intervals in the first direction; a plurality of supporting plates are connected between every two adjacent square pipes, and the supporting plates are arranged at intervals in the second direction and used for dividing the space between every two adjacent square pipes into a plurality of first containing cavities; the first containing cavity of the inner frame is filled with heat preservation foaming filler. A nylon plate is arranged at the top end of the inner frame and used for covering and sealing the open end of the expansion joint, and the top end face of the nylon plate is flush with the ground. Cold air in the refrigeration room can be effectively prevented from leaking to the penetrating room, and the situation that cold energy in the refrigeration room is transmitted into the penetrating room through the ground at the joint of the refrigeration room and the penetrating room in a heat conduction mode can be effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种地坪结构及施工方法,地坪结构应用于填充覆盖土建冷库的穿堂与冷藏间之间门洞地面内的预留伸缩缝,其包括内部框架,内部框架用于安装在伸缩缝的内底壁上,内部框架包括多个沿第一方向间隔布置的方管,相邻两个方管之间均连接有多个支撑板,多个支撑板沿第二方向间隔布置,且用于将相邻两个方管之间的空间分隔成多个第一容纳腔;内部框架的第一容纳腔内填充设置有保温发泡填料;内部框架的顶端设置有尼龙板,尼龙板用于将伸缩缝的开口端进行覆盖密封,且顶端面用于与地面平齐设置。本发明既能有效的阻断冷藏间的冷气外泄到穿堂,又能有效的避免通过热传导的方式将冷藏间内的冷量通过冷藏间与穿堂连接处的地面传递到穿堂内。
