The invention provides a guide frame climbing type working platform system capable of achieving obstacle avoidance. The guide frame climbing type working platform system adopts two guide rail frames, two working platforms, two platform driving mechanisms, a displacement base station, positioning labels, two movable retractable platforms and two retractable platform driving mechanisms; the opposite sides of the two working platforms are respectively provided with one movable retractable platform; the movable retractable platforms are driven by the corresponding retractable platform driving mechanisms to contract or stretch, and the upper end and the lower end of an obstacle are each provided with one positioning label. When the distance between the displacement base station and the positioning label arranged at one end of the obstacle is smaller than a first set distance, the corresponding movable retractable platform is contracted, then the two platform driving mechanisms enable the corresponding working platforms to cross the obstacle; when the distance between the displacement base station and the positioning label arranged at the other end of the obstacle is changed from large to small and from small to large to a second set distance, the corresponding movable retractable platform is stretched, comprehensive construction of a building facade is achieved, and avoiding and climbing of the obstacle with a certain height can be achieved.
