The invention provides a double-layer multifunctional combined guide frame climbing type working platform which comprises a foundation base, a plurality of stand column guide rails installed on the foundation base, wall-attached supports installed on the stand column guide rails, an upper-layer working platform ascending and descending along the stand column guide rails and a lower-layer working platform located at the bottom of the upper-layer working platform. The construction elevator and the electric discharging platform share stand column guide rails with the upper-layer working platform and the lower-layer working platform; the upper-layer operation platform, the lower-layer operation platform, the construction elevator and the electric discharging platform are independently lifted along the stand column guide rails through driving units and do not interfere with one another, and each driving unit is connected with the control system. The working platform is mounted and dismounted on the ground, and completely replaces an overhanging scaffold, an attached lifting scaffold, an electric hanging basket, a roof overhanging frame, a freight elevator and an overhanging discharging platform in function, safety risks such as mass high-altitude operation of the products are avoided from the source, and construction safety and operation comfort are improved.
