The invention relates to a building wall-attached multilayer all-steel climbing frame structure. The building wall-attached multilayer all-steel climbing frame structure comprises a climbing frame, a traction machine and a pair of track trusses, wherein the climbing frame is hung on a steel wire rope of the traction machine, the climbing frame comprises a plurality of layers of layer plates which are arranged at equal intervals in the vertical direction from top to bottom, every two adjacent layers of layer plates are connected through a supporting rod, and rollers are installed on the left side and the right side of each layer of layer plate respectively; and each track truss comprises track stand columns which are inserted into the ground, the rollers are in rolling friction fit with the outer surfaces of the track stand columns, a speed limiter is installed on the traction machine, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the climbing frame are covered with protective nets, and a buffer assembly is arranged on the ground under the climbing frame. By the adoption of the technical scheme, objects can be prevented from falling from the climbing frame by arranging the protective nets, the climbing frame can be prevented from falling accidentally by means of the cooperation of first channel steel and second channel steel, the speed limiter installed on the traction machine and the buffer assembly arranged below the climbing frame, loss or damage caused by falling of the climbing frame is reduced, and safety is improved.
本发明涉及一种建筑物附墙多层全钢爬架结构,包括爬架、曳引机和一对轨道桁架,爬架吊挂在曳引机的钢丝绳上,爬架包括沿着自上而下竖直方向等间距排列的多层层板,相邻两层层板通过支承杆连接,每层层板左右两侧分别安装有滚轮,轨道桁架包括插立于地面上的轨道立柱,滚轮与轨道立柱外表面滚动摩擦配合,曳引机上安装有限速器,爬架后侧及左右两侧覆盖有防护网,爬架正下方地面上设有缓冲组件。采用本发明所的技术方案,通过设置防护网能够防止从爬架内坠落物体,通过第一槽钢与第二槽钢相互配合、曳引机上安装限速器,爬架下方设置缓冲组件,能够防止爬架意外坠落以及减少因爬架坠落造成的损失或伤害,提升了安全性。
