The invention provides a wall-attached guide seat mounting method for a climbing frame system. According to the method, the minimum height of a reinforcing part is controlled, and meanwhile, the mounting position of a wall-attached guide seat, a formwork matching method of a formwork at the position and a formwork removal sequence are coordinated and optimized, so that the purpose that the wall-attached guide seat and the reinforcing part at the position can be mounted on the next day after pouring of any layer of concrete is completed under the condition that bay windows exist on upper and lower floors of an outer wall of a tower is achieved, and the safety requirement of climbing frame construction is met on the premise that the construction cost is not increased, the workload of climbing frame construction workers and formwork mounting workers is not increased, and meanwhile, the construction progress and the construction quality are not affected. In addition, a plugging part is additionally arranged in a matched mode to plug a gap between a non-poured concrete wall of the upper floor and a poured concrete wall of the lower floor at the position of the wall-attached guide seat, and the quality problems of formwork explosion, formwork expansion, concrete leakage and the like during pouring of upper-layer concrete are prevented.
本发明提供了一种爬架体系附墙导座安装方法。该方法通过控制加刚件最小高度,并同时协调优化附墙导座安装位置及该位置的模板配模做法及拆模顺序,达到塔楼外墙上下楼层均存在飘窗的情况下,任意一层混凝土浇筑完成后第二天即可安装该位置墙体附墙导座和加刚件的目的,从而在不增加施工成本、不增加爬架施工工人及模板安装工人工作量、同时不影响工期进度及施工质量的前提下,满足爬架施工的安全要求。此外,本发明配套增加了封堵件用来封堵附墙导座位置上层楼层未浇筑混凝土墙体与下层已浇筑混凝土墙体之间的缝隙,防止上层混凝土浇筑时出现爆模涨模及混凝土漏浆等质量问题。
