Shell-shaped beam and profile steel truss floor bracing plate lightweight fabricated building module construction technology
The invention relates to a shell-shaped beam and profile steel truss floor bracing plate lightweight fabricated building module construction technology. The problems that an existing fabricated building is high in cost, long in construction period and difficult in quality control are solved. A shell-shaped beam module and a floor bracing plate module are manufactured on the bottom faces of a shell-shaped beam and a floor slab through a high-strength cement (or high-molecular polymer) fiber mixed material and steel bars or profile steel like producing mechanical parts in a building. After wall column construction is completed, the shell-shaped beam module and the floor bracing plate module are spliced like building blocks through prefabricated mortise and tenon joints, the stressed steel bars are in butt joint through steel bar connectors, and the load bearing capacity is achieved after splicing. A beam slab structure layer can be integrally poured by making simple supports below the beam module and a supporting bottom plate before concrete pouring. The modules and concrete are stressed together after pouring is completed and serve as bearing components and decoration layers of the building.
本发明涉及一种“壳形”梁+型钢桁架楼撑板轻量化装配式建筑模块施工技术,为解决现有装配式建筑成本高、工期长、质量难控制的问题;让建房子像生产机械零件一样,将壳形梁的外壳、楼板的底面采用“高强水泥(或高分子聚合物)纤维混合材料与钢筋或型钢一起”制作成壳形梁模块和楼撑板模块。待墙柱施工完成后,将壳形梁模块和楼撑板模块如同“搭积木”一样,将壳形梁模块与楼撑板模块采用预制的榫卯接头进行拼接,受力钢筋采用钢筋连接器进行对接,拼接后即具有承受荷载的能力。浇注混凝土前在梁模块及支撑底板下做简易的支撑即可对梁板结构层进行整体浇注;浇注完成后模块与混凝土共同受力,作为建筑的承重构件及装饰层。
