Shell-shaped wall column lightweight fabricated building module construction technology
The invention relates to a shell-shaped wall column lightweight fabricated building module construction technology. The problems that an existing fabricated building is high in cost, long in construction period and difficult in quality control are solved. According to the shell-shaped wall column lightweight fabricated building module construction technology, a building house is made into a shell-shaped lightweight module like producing mechanical parts by adopting a high-strength cement (or high-molecular polymer) fiber mixed material and steel bars; after foundation construction of a building project is completed, the shell-shaped lightweight module is transported to a building construction site, and the designed house is assembled and installed on site like building blocks; and after assembling, work such as formwork supporting and grouting is not needed, only concrete (or slurry filling) needs to be poured into the shell-shaped wall column module, and a wall column enclosure project with good integrity and quality can be obtained.
本发明涉及一种“壳形”墙柱轻量化装配式建筑模块施工技术,为解决现有装配式建筑成本高、工期长、质量难控制的问题;本发明让建房子像生产机械零件一样,将柱、墙构件的“外壳”采用“高强水泥(或高分子聚合物)纤维混合材料与钢筋一起”制作成壳形轻量化模块;待建筑工程的基础施工完成后,壳形轻量化模块运至建筑施工现场,在现场如同“搭积木”一样将设计的房屋拼装安装完成,拼装后不需要再支模板、灌浆等工作,只需要向“壳形墙柱模块内”浇注混凝土(或者填充浆料),就可以得到整体性及质量比较好的墙柱围护工程。
