The damping base comprises a base, wherein an embedded column is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the base, a fixed base is connected to the upper part of the base, and a tower pipe body is fixedly connected to the fixed base; a plurality of fixed rods are evenly and fixedly connected to the base in the radial direction of the base, the fixed base is movably connected with the fixed rods, a sleeve rod is fixedly connected to the center of the base, and a movable frame which is used for supporting the fixed base is movably connected to the sleeve rod; and the movable frame comprises a sleeve which is movably connected with the sleeve rod, a plurality of fixed rods are fixedly connected to the peripheral side of the sleeve, pressing rings which are movably connected with the fixed rods are fixedly connected to the ends of the fixed rods, and an elastic structure is arranged between the sleeve and the base. According to the damping base, the movable frame is connected between the fixed base and the base so as to support the fixed base, and a damping spring is matched with a buffer spring, so that the base has a certain damping effect.
