The invention discloses a rotatable handle assembly mechanism which comprises a support, a handle, a pin shaft and a locking assembly, wherein the support is provided with a containing cavity, and the pin shaft penetrates through corresponding through holes in the support and the handle to rotationally mount the handle on the support, so that the handle rotates in a plane vertical to the support by taking the pin shaft as the axis. The locking assembly is installed on the support, located on one side of the handle and used for locking the handle, so that when the handle needs to be used, the locking assembly is unlocked, the handle is rotated to enable the holding portion of the handle to rotate to the outside of the support from the containing cavity, and at the moment, the handle can be fixed by re-locking the locking assembly to be used; and after use, the locking assembly is unlocked again, the handle is rotated to enable the holding part of the handle to continue to rotate and to be stored in the containing cavity again, and at the moment, the handle can be hidden by locking the locking assembly again.
