PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking facility with a rotatable handle, wherein a handle of a bicycle is automatically turned to park the bicycle, thereby improving ease of use and making better use of a space.SOLUTION: The bicycle parking facility with a rotatable handle according to the present invention comprises: first and second square pipes in parallel, the first square pipe being placed in the front side and the second square pipe being placed in the rear side; a plurality of first sliding units to roll on the first square pipe; a plurality of second sliding units to roll on the second square pipe; and a holding stand in which the front end is joined to the top of the first sliding unit, the rear end is joined to the top of the second sliding unit, the rear side is linear and has a flat bottom, and the front side is curved and has a bottom inclined toward the front side.
