Environment-friendly refractory material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly refractory material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of a waste refractory material, 10-18 parts of silicon nitride powder, 1-5 parts of calcium oxide powder, 1-4 parts of magnesium oxide powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of dicerium trioxide powder, 0.1-0.2 part of niobium pentoxide powder and 2-6 parts of a binding agent. The invention discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly refractory material, which comprises the steps of crushing the waste refractory material, removing iron, and grinding to obtain a pretreated waste refractory material; uniformly mixing the pretreated waste refractory material with other powder raw materials, adding water in the stirring process, performing ball milling, adding a binding agent, continuing ball milling, and pressing into a green brick; drying the green brick, raising the temperature to 800-900 DEG C in an oxygen atmosphere, keeping the temperature for 3-5 hours, raising the temperature to 1350-1400 DEG C, and sintering for 20-40 minutes; and cooling to 300-400 DEG C, preserving heat for 10-20 minutes, and air-cooling to room temperature to obtain the environment-friendly refractory material.
