The invention discloses aluminum silicate ceramic fiber oil which comprises 30-60 parts of edible acetic acid, 40-70 parts of coconut oil alkyl primary amine, 10-30 parts of a surfactant, 20-40 parts of a color fixing alkaline agent and 40-60 parts of a corrosion-resistant coating. According to the aluminum silicate ceramic fiber oil, the prepared fiber oil is directly sprayed on the surfaces of aluminum silicate ceramic fibers (common aluminum silicate fibers, high-aluminum aluminum silicate fibers, polycrystalline alumina fibers, zirconium-containing fibers, high-silica fibers, polycrystalline mullite fibers and the like), so that the softness of the fibers is improved and the toughness of the ceramic fibers is enhanced, thus when the fibers pass through the needling machine, the ceramic fibers are prevented from breaking, forking and falling off, and the ceramic fiber blanket can be successfully manufactured, and the yield of the ceramic fiber blanket is greatly improved; by adding the surfactant, the solubility of the fiber oil and the permeability of the fabric can be improved so that the fiber oil can be well mixed and contacted with the fibers and thus the effect of the fiber oil on the fibers is ensured.
本发明公开了硅酸铝陶瓷纤维油,包括:食用醋酸30‑60份,椰油烷基伯胺40‑70份,表面活性剂10‑30份,固色碱剂20‑40份,耐腐蚀涂料40‑60份。该硅酸铝陶瓷纤维油,将制备成的纤维油直接喷在硅酸铝陶瓷纤维(普通硅酸铝纤维,高铝硅酸铝纤维,多晶氧化铝纤维,含锆纤维,高硅氧纤维,多晶莫来石纤维等等)的表面,进而增加纤维的柔软度,并加强陶瓷纤维的韧性,从而避免其通过针刺机时,不至于陶瓷纤维断裂、分叉、脱落,可成功制成陶瓷纤维毯,大大的提高了陶瓷纤维毯的成品率,通过加入的表面活性剂能够提高纤维油的溶解性和对织物的渗透性,使其更好的与纤维进行混合接触,进而有利于保证纤维油对纤维所起到的作用。
