A vibration reduction fastener system comprises a sleeper and a vibration reduction fastener which is arranged on the sleeper and used for buckling and pressing a steel rail, and is characterized in that the vibration reduction fastener is in elastic contact with the sleeper, and the contact area of the vibration reduction fastener and the sleeper is increased along with the increase of the load of the steel rail, so that the vertical rigidity of the vibration reduction fastener is in nonlinear change in the bearing process. Small load and small deformation are formed, high vibration reduction is achieved, large load and large deformation prevent the steel rail from tipping over, the overload protection function on the steel rail is achieved, steel rail deformation is restrained within a certain range, the safety of a rail line is guaranteed, the transverse rigidity of the vibration reduction fastener is increased when a vehicle turns, the vibration reduction performance of the vibration reduction fastener is further improved, and the service life of the vibration reduction fastener is prolonged. Deformation of the steel rail is reduced, and the rigidity requirements of the vibration reduction fasteners on the rails under different road conditions and the rigidity change requirements of the vibration reduction fasteners on the rails under complex road conditions are met. The invention further provides a rigidity adjusting method of the damping fastener system.
