The invention relates to a vibration reduction fastener with double transverse limiting low vertical rigidity. The fastener comprises a double-end stud (2), and an upper nut (3), a compression spring(4), a first-layer base plate (6), a first-layer elastic plate (7), a second-layer base plate (8), a second-layer elastic plate (9), and a coupling plate (10), wherein the double-end stud (2) passes through the upper nut (3), the compression spring (4), the first-layer base plate (6), the first-layer elastic plate (7), the second-layer base plate (8), the second-layer elastic plate (9), and the coupling plate (10) successively from top to bottom; and the second-layer elastic plate (9) and the coupling plate (10) are sequentially paved on the ballast bed sleeper; a boss (801) and a steel sleeveseat (802) are arranged on the second-layer base plate (8), an anti-shearing steel sleeve (11) is pre-pressed on the steel sleeve seat (802), the boss (801) penetrates through the second-layer elastic plate (7) and the first-layer base plate (6) which are sequentially arranged above the boss (801), and the first-layer base plate (6) is connected with a steel rail (1) through an elastic strip. Compared with the prior art, the vibration reduction fastener has lower vertical rigidity, and meanwhile, the bidirectional transverse limiting structure is arranged, so that the damping effect of the fastener is improved.
