The novel curtain type close pile foundation breakwater comprises a plurality of close piles, inclined piles, rib plates, curtain plates, retaining walls, cross beams, longitudinal beams, pile core concrete, a bottom protection structure and water permeable holes; the rib plates are arranged on the two sides of the close piles, the cross beams, the longitudinal beams and the retaining walls are arranged at the tops of the close piles, the close piles are inserted into the mud surface, and the bottom protection structure is located above the original mud surface; a plurality of cross beams are arranged on one of the sides of the longitudinal beams at intervals in the length direction of the longitudinal beams, the longitudinal beams are arranged at the two ends of the cross beams, the reverse arc retaining walls are arranged on the sides, close to the sides of the close piles, of the tops of the longitudinal beams, and the curtain plates are arranged below the reverse arc retaining walls; the longitudinal beams on the two sides can also serve as operation and maintenance channels; a plurality of water permeable holes are formed in the longitudinal beams close to one side of the bottom protection structure; the cross beams and the longitudinal beams form a beam grid structure, at least one row of inclined piles are arranged below the beam grid structure, and when the plurality of rows of inclined piles are arranged, the plurality of rows of inclined piles are distributed in the length direction of the cross beams; and the pile core concrete is arranged at the tops of the close piles and the inclined piles and connected with the upper cross beams and the upper longitudinal beams.
