The combined breakwater head navigation lamp pile foundation structure comprises a breakwater head and a navigation lamp pile foundation structure body; the navigation lamp pile foundation structure body comprises a bottom prefabricated concrete block, a top cast-in-place concrete block, reinforcing steel bar meshes, a navigation lamp pile connecting piece and a navigation lamp pile; the bottom prefabricated concrete block is arranged on the breakwater head; the top cast-in-place concrete block is cast on the bottom prefabricated concrete block in place; the bottom prefabricated concrete block and the top cast-in-place concrete block are provided with symmetrically-formed reserved holes; connecting profile steel and post-poured expansive concrete are arranged in the reserved holes; the lower portion of the navigation lamp pile connecting piece is pre-buried in the top cast-in-place concrete block; the upper portion of the navigation lamp pile connecting piece is exposed out of the top cast-in-place concrete block; the reinforcing steel bar meshes are arranged around the reserved holes and the navigation lamp pile connecting piece; and the navigation lamp pile is fixed to the navigation lamp pile connecting piece. The prefabricated and cast-in-place combined structure is good in durability.
