The invention provides a directional repeatable grouting method and a directional repeatable grouting device. The directional repeatable grouting method and the directional repeatable grouting device are implemented through the directional repeatable grouting device, and the directional repeatable grouting device comprises a floral tube and a grouting head; a plurality of through holes are formed in the floral tube; the grouting head is provided with a plurality of grouting guide pipes matched with the through holes in the floral tube, each grouting guide pipe is provided with an elastic piece, the grouting head can coaxially stretch into the floral tube, and the grouting head communicates with a grouting machine. According to the directional repeatable grouting method and the directional repeatable grouting device, the grouting guide pipes on the grouting head are oppositely arranged in the through holes of the floral tube in a matched mode, so that grout can be smoothly injected into an area needing to be grouted, waste of the grout is reduced, multiple times of grouting can be conducted in agreed grouting holes, re-grouting is more convenient, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
