The grouting pressure and the grouting effect are improved through the grouting guide pipe, grouting can be accurately carried out on a pretreatment part, the grouting head is prevented from being clamped due to instability of surrounding soil in the grouting process while hole descending difficulty of the grouting head is avoided, and the precise directional grouting device is simple in structure, novel in conception, convenient to use and high in practicability.
