According to the segment field track construction platform car, a lifting structure is mechanically pushed to transversely move, then the working area where workers are located is adjusted, the position of a construction frame structure does not need to be manually adjusted after work of each working area is completed, the workers can continuously work, the working efficiency is further improved, and therefore the construction progress can be accelerated; and sliding limiting is carried out on the lifting structure from the side face and the bottom of the lifting structure, position deviation can be prevented when an original plate transversely moves, the running stability of the device is guaranteed, and the use safety of the construction platform car is improved.
