Curved surface concrete structure supporting platform and construction method
The invention provides a curved surface concrete structure supporting platform and a construction method. The supporting platform is formed by connecting I-shaped steel, lacing bars and tie bars through high-strength bolts, and the integrity and the connecting mode of the supporting platform are better than those of a full steel pipe support. The supporting platform is easy to mount and dismount, the slope of a top plate can be determined and constructed more conveniently, and the engineering quality can be guaranteed easily. The supporting platform replaces the full steel pipe support which is heavy in erecting task, meanwhile, a steel truss supporting platform can be repeatedly used in similar projects in the future after being dismounted, and therefore the method shortens the construction period and reduces use of turnover frame materials, and the construction engineering cost is greatly saved.
本发明提供了一种曲面混凝土结构支撑平台及施工方法,支撑平台由工型钢、缀条、拉筋通过高强螺栓连接组成,不管是支撑平台的整体性还是其连接方式,都要比满堂钢管支架形式要好;支撑平台安装、拆除简洁,更便于顶板坡度的确定及施工,工程质量容易得到保证;支撑平台取代了搭设任务繁重的满堂钢管支架,同时钢桁架支撑平台拆卸后还可以在以后类似工程中重复利用,故此方法缩短了工期的同时减少了周转架料的使用,从而大大节省了施工工程成本。
