CONCRETE CURVED SURFACE FORM, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE CURVED SURFACE WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved surface concrete form capable of manufacturing a form at low cost by reducing the quantity of curved materials to be used for manufacturing curved surface concrete while using much form materials for manufacturing a tabular face, and a manufacturing method of a concrete curved surface wall.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a form which includes a sheathing board and pipe materials disposed on an outer face of the sheathing board over multiple stages in a vertical direction, for installing and forming curved surface concrete. A pipe material constituting a specific stage is a curved material along a curvature radius of a concrete curved surface for forming a skeleton. A pipe material forming the other stage is an elastically deformable straight pipe and capable of elastically deforming the sheathing board. A side pressure during filling with concrete is made act, and the other pipe material and the sheathing board are deformed into a curved surface shape along a curve of the curved pipe material, thereby manufacturing the concrete curved surface wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】平板面を製造する型枠材料を多く用いつつ、曲面コンクリートを製造するための湾曲材料の使用量を少なくし、もって、低コストで型枠を製作することができる曲面コンクリート型枠およびコンクリート曲面壁の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】せき板と当該せき板の外面に上下に多段に配置された管材とを有し、曲面コンクリートを打設形成する型枠である。特定の段を構成する管材は躯体を形成するコンクリート曲面の曲率に沿った湾曲材とし、他の段を形成する管材は弾性変形可能な直管とするとともに前記せき板を弾性変形可能とした。コンクリート充填時の側圧を作用させて湾曲管材の曲げに沿った湾曲面状に前記他の管材およびせき板を変形させることにより、コンクリート曲面壁が製造される。【選択図】図１
