The invention discloses a high-altitude outer wall repairing and spray-painting device. The high-altitude outer wall repairing and spray-painting device comprises hanging driving assemblies, a hanging assembly, a spray-painting assembly and a handheld controller; the hanging driving assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the top of an outer wall and comprise supports, driving motors arranged on horizontal plates of the supports and shaft rods arranged on vertical plates of the supports; wire winding wheels are arranged at the output ends of the driving motors, and rotating wheels are arranged on the shaft rods; the hanging assembly comprises a hanging frame and a rope, wherein one end of the rope is connected with the end of the hanging frame, and the other end of the rope is wound around the wire winding wheels; the rope is carried on the rotating wheels; the spray-painting assembly comprises a shell, a paint box, an air pump, a centrifugal fan and a paint spray head; and the shell is connected with the hanging frame, rolling wheels are mounted at the positions, close to the four corners of one side edge of the outer wall, of the shell in an embedded mode, and a through airflow channel is formed in the side wall of the shell. According to the high-altitude outer wall repairing and spray-painting device, manual work is replaced by a machine, the labor intensity of workers is relieved, and the risk that the workers are injured is avoided.
