A plurality of placing grooves and parking platforms can be arranged on one device, the lifting platform is driven to move up and down and rotate by the rotating mechanism and the lifting mechanism, and additionally, the parking platforms are driven by clamping mechanisms on the lifting platform, so that more automobiles can be placed, the space utilization rate is greatly increased, the automobiles can be parked and driven conveniently and rapidly, the occupied space is small, and the problem of insufficient parking equipment is solved.
