The invention discloses a combined type bidirectional stopping device of a lifting vehicle plate. The combined type bidirectional stopping device comprises a lifting component and a fixing component; the lifting component comprises a hook installed on a boundary beam of the lifting vehicle plate; the fixing component is matched with the lifting component, installed at the corresponding longitudinal beam position above the lifting component and comprises an installation base, an upper stopping block, an upper stopping block driving unit, a lower stopping block and a lower stopping block driving unit; and the upper stopping block and the lower stopping block can be driven by the upper stopping block driving unit and the lower stopping block driving unit to be switched between a reset working state and an avoiding state, and therefore when the lifting vehicle plate stands still at the height of the layer where the lifting vehicle plate is located, the hook can be clamped through the upper stopping block and the lower stopping block, and the lifting vehicle plate is in the state that the lifting vehicle plate is stopped in the ascending direction and the descending direction. The device is simple in structure, high in reliability and low in manufacturing and maintaining cost, and the product form which is high in cost performance and can be practically applied can be obtained through the technical scheme of one machine with multiple plates.
