The invention discloses a deep foundation pit rock blasting protection device which comprises a vertical plate, a transverse plate arranged on the vertical plate, wheels arranged on the transverse plate, a groove formed in the transverse plate, a dustproof plate arranged in the groove, a square plate arranged on the vertical plate and a dustproof device arranged on a baffle. The dustproof device comprises a water tank, a first supporting plate arranged on the water tank, a water pump arranged on the first supporting plate, a water pumping pipe used for being connected with one end of the water pump and the water tank, a second supporting plate arranged above the water pump, a water feeding tank arranged on the second supporting plate, a water feeding pipe used for being connected with the water feeding tank and the other end of the water pump, and a water spraying opening formed in the water feeding tank. According to the deep foundation pit rock blasting protection device, when blasting work is carried out, dust can be shielded through the dustproof plate, stones can be blocked through the vertical plate, the dustproof area is increased due to the fact that the dustproof plate is obliquely arranged, and when the dust floats in the air, the water spraying opening sprays water outwards, so that dust falling is carried out on the dust floating in the air, and therefore the probability that the dust in the air floats out is reduced.
