The invention provides a rock foundation pit non-blasting excavation device and method, relates to the field of foundation pit excavation, and aims to solve the problem that large construction hidden dangers are caused due to the fact that an impact heavy hammer cannot be safely locked when a rock foundation pit is excavated in a non-blasting mode at present. The foundation pit rock mass in the excavation area is fractured and compressed through the gravity of the heap weight block, and excavation is achieved; the heap weight blocks can be combined into an extrusion arch in a non-working state, and are placed on the arch foot base on the side part of the portal frame, so that the heap weight blocks are stably arranged, the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the requirement on construction safety during non-blasting excavation construction is met.
本发明提供一种岩质基坑非爆破开挖装置及方法,涉及基坑开挖领域,针对目前非爆破开挖岩质基坑时冲击用重锤无法安全锁定而导致较大施工隐患的问题,采用龙门架和悬吊于龙门架的堆重块作为开挖区的施力元件,利用堆重块的自身重力对开挖区的基坑岩体进行压裂、压缩,实现开挖;堆重块在非工作状态下可以组合成挤压拱,并落位放置于龙门架侧部的拱脚基座上,达到对堆重块的稳定安置,降低安全隐患,满足非爆破开挖施工时对施工安全的需求。
