Sectional material for rotatably opening blind window, window sash and blind window
The invention discloses a sectional material for rotatably opening a blind window. The sectional material comprises two parallel aluminum alloy straight plates and heat insulation strips, the two aluminum alloy straight plates are oppositely provided with the heat insulation strip in a clamping mode, the two outer end faces of the aluminum alloy straight plates extend towards the back face of the sectional material for rotatably opening the blind window to form glass bayonets correspondingly, the heat insulation strip is provided with two screw joint holes, and the two screw joint holes are symmetrically formed in the two side edges of the heat insulation strip. The invention further discloses a window sash and a window which are made of the sectional material. According to the sectional material for rotatably opening the blind window, the screw joint holes are symmetrically formed in the two side edges of the heat insulation strip, so that the aluminum alloy straight plates arranged on the two side edges of the heat insulation strip do not need to be too wide to set the screw joint holes and bear screw joint stress any more, and therefore the width of the aluminum alloy straight plates can be properly reduced, the width of the heat insulation strip can be increased, the heat insulation effect of the window is improved, the width of the sectional material of the whole window is prevented from being increased, materials are saved, and the window is light and attractive.
本发明公开了一种旋转开启百叶窗用型材,包括两条平行的铝合金直板和隔热条;两个铝合金直板相对卡装隔热条,其两个外端面分别向旋转开启百叶窗用型材的背面延伸形成玻璃卡口,隔热条上设置有两个螺接孔,两个螺接孔对称设置在隔热条的两侧边。本发明还公开了上述型材制作的窗扇和窗户。本发明的旋转开启百叶窗用型材螺接孔对称设置在隔热条的两侧边,使设置在隔热条两侧边的的铝合金直板就不再需要过宽的宽度来设置螺接孔和承载螺接应力,因此就可以适当减少铝合金直板的宽度、增加隔热条的宽度,从而提升了窗户的隔热效果,同时也避免了增加整个窗户的型材的宽度,节约材料且轻巧、美观。
