The invention relates to a mesoscopic steel reinforced concrete column section modeling method with controllable parameters, which is a method for generating two-dimensional convex polygon concrete coarse aggregates and judging whether the coarse aggregates are mutually overlapped and whether the coarse aggregates and the section steel are mutually overlapped. The method is an auxiliary (preposed) method for finite element modeling of the micro-scale steel reinforced concrete. The method has the following characteristics: (1) the convex polygon is used for simulating the concrete coarse aggregate, and the aggregate parameters are adjustable; (2) a mesoscopic concrete model containing profile steel in various shapes can be established according to requirements; (3) based on an MATLAB command, the model generation speed is high; and (4) a putting point marking method is used during putting, so that the judgment steps and the determination of a putting position are simplified, and the model generation speed is further accelerated.
