The cooling and humidifying system comprises a purification and storage unit and a temperature sensing and spraying unit, wherein the purification and storage unit further comprises a water storage tank arranged underground and a purification layer arranged at the upper part of the water storage tank; polyester filament geotechnical cloth, a planting layer and landscaping plants are sequentially arranged at the upper part of the purification layer; the temperature sensing and spraying unit comprises a temperature sensor, a controller and a spraying mechanism; the temperature sensor is arranged on the spraying mechanism on the ground and is used for monitoring the temperature of a garden environment in real time; the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the controller; and the spraying mechanism is connected with the water storage tank and is electrically connected with the controller. According to the cooling and humidifying system for landscaping, disclosed by the invention, collected rainwater and wastewater are utilized, the green space environment is cooled and humidified, the growth effect of the landscaping plants is improved, and the comfort of tourists for touring and resting the green space environment is enhanced.
